Krisnamogan a/l Suparmaniam graduated with a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from UWE Bristol, United Kingdom, in 2014, with the Academic Merit Scholarship. Additionally, he holds certifications in Forensic Accounting & Fraud Examination and Islamic Finance, reflecting his diverse expertise. Currently, he oversees the operations of the Kuala Lumpur and Penang branches of Messrs Ann & Anuar.
Upon completing his degree, Krisnamogan began his career in the corporate world, joining a London Stock Exchange-listed Oil & Gas company, where he worked directly with the Group’s CEO. This experience provided him with a solid foundation in corporate governance and strategic decision-making.
In 2017, he chambered at Messrs Tommy Thomas under the tutelage of Tan Sri Tommy Thomas. There, he was actively involved in numerous high-profile trials and hearings, including landmark cases. He was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2018.
Before joining Messrs Ann & Anuar as a Partner in 2019, Krisnamogan worked as a Strategy Consultant for a biofuel company, where he honed his skills in strategic planning and corporate advisory. At Messrs Ann & Anuar, his practice spans Dispute Resolution, and Corporate Transactions
Krisnamogan has appeared at all levels of the Malaysian courts and has achieved numerous milestones, including successfully defending a RM22.6 million claim and RM11.5 million counterclaim for a shipping company, securing a RM2.6 million judgment against a fraudulent Bitcoin operation, advising on a RM140 million cross-border transaction for a London-based company, and acting in a USD105 million transaction involving one of the largest PPE manufacturers.
He thrives in handling complex and challenging matters, approaching each case with a focus on precision and strategy. Krisnamogan believes in the importance of resolution through effective negotiation where possible, always guided by the principle that precision is paramount in the practice of law, as even the smallest detail can shape the outcome.
